Wildfire

This project was an assignment for a second-level graphic design course completed as part of my Graphic Design degree at Community College Vermont (CCV). The goal of this project was to create a new jacket design for a book of your choice, and then print it to check for production quality. Wildlife​ is a coming of age story by the American novelist Richard Ford, and is a personal favorite of mine. My goal with this design was two-fold: to capture the subtle drama of the plot and also highlight the young, male protagonist who witnesses the events of the story and internalizes his trauma.
